Shipping Policy
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only, including all 50 states, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays). Framed prints and made-to-order items may take up to 7 business days before they ship.
Delivery
Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.
Lost or damaged packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within 14 business days of shipping, email nikiworldstore@gmail.com with your order number (and photos, if damaged) and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns & Refunds
Stickers
All sticker sales are final. If your sticker arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Framed prints and artwork
You may return framed prints and artwork within 14 days of delivery for a refund if the item is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Made-to-order items and limited editions can only be returned if they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.
How to start a return
Email nikiworldstore@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return shipping and refunds
If the return is due to our error, we cover return shipping. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, or any time before it ships, by emailing us.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Pay Later, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by Wix Payments. All prices are in US dollars.
