Colors may vary slightly by screen. All products are subject to availability, and limited-edition items are sold while supplies last.

 

Pricing

All prices are in US dollars. Prices may change at any time. If an item is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

 

Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud or a pricing error. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

 

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. See our Store Policy for shipping times and returns.

 

Intellectual property

All artwork, designs, characters, images and text on this site are owned by NIKI WORLD and protected by copyright. Buying a product does not grant any right to reproduce, resell or commercially use the artwork.

 

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NIKI WORLD is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the order.

 

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland and the United States.
